With his leg Benicio Tulio managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Tilingo FC's Isidro Lleir fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 18 minutes into the match, Tilingo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Salamon came free, but Ladislao Fernado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidro Lleir to make the kick off. Ladislao Fernado made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Ildefonso Mateus sent off a good shot on target. After 55 minutes of play, Puerta de hierro FC's Ildefonso Mateus made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislao Fernado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maximiliano Oihan kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of Tilingo FC booed when Puerta de hierro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Montxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidro Lleir in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benicio Tulio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tilingo FC's Humberto Calvet managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Francisco Mogel in the 68 minute of the game. Ildefonso Mateus kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Benicio Tulio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Giraldo in the 70th minute of the match. Marcial Urbes hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Ladislao Fernado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Salamon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Silvio Montxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Baldomiro Pueblo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Puerta de hierro FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
