The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Sesuldo got free with Eleuterio Qwinton in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, Carnaval Canalla FC's Felix Lekubegi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benicio Tulio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eleuterio Qwinton was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teodosio Aztore showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 19 minute of play. Puerta de hierro FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Cruz in the 29th minute. The corner ended in Tomas Cruz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Carnaval Canalla FC's Eleuterio Qwinton did a great save. 34 minutes into the game, Teodosio Aztore recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eleuterio Qwinton. Teodosio Aztore showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Teodosio Aztore might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eleuterio Qwinton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodosio Aztore ran back to his position shaking his head. Eleuterio Qwinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Pueblo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Baldomiro Pueblo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Qwinton having to interfere. Angelo Galtero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Aztore might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eleuterio Qwinton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodosio Aztore ran back to his position shaking his head.

Ramiro Raphael's late challenge caught a Puerta de hierro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramiro Raphael helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Carnaval Canalla FC's Ramiro Raphael got a free kick in the 51st minute. Baldomiro Pueblo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Qwinton having to interfere. In the 57th minute of the match, Angelo Galtero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benicio Tulio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Carnaval Canalla FC defense, Alejandro Cutberto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eleuterio Qwinton. The Carnaval Canalla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eleuterio Qwinton should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Primitivo Argoitz took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Benicio Tulio to make any attempt to save it. Teodosio Aztore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carnaval Canalla FC's Eleuterio Qwinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Pueblo in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Teodosio Aztore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Puerta de hierro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. In the 80th minute, Baldomiro Pueblo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eleuterio Qwinton was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. 83 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Pueblo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-2. Eleuterio Qwinton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 85 minutes, Omar Sesuldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puerta de hierro FC and the Carnaval Canalla FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 85 played minutes Puerta de hierro FC got a freekick which was hit by Omar Sesuldo. Baldomiro Pueblo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Teodosio Aztore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alejandro Cutberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Aztore in the 96th minute of play forced Carnaval Canalla FC's goalkeeper Eleuterio Qwinton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
