The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baldomiro Pueblo hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Baldomiro Pueblo scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Everett Zavala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Puerta de hierro FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Alejandro Cutberto hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Brady Slater hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chelsea F's Orlando Velasco quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tomas Cruz, made in the 37th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reuben McClelland in the 45th minute of play forced Puerta de hierro FC's goalkeeper Benicio Tulio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Puerta de hierro FC's zone, Brady Slater stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Tulio came out of the goal and Brady Slater tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Chelsea F players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Puerta de hierro FC were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldomiro Pueblo made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Carl Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Pueblo in the 60th minute of play forced Chelsea F's goalkeeper Everett Zavala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brady Slater received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Benicio Tulio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Chelsea F booed when Puerta de hierro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Aztore didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Teodosio Aztore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puerta de hierro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chelsea F the free kick. After 69 minutes of play, Chelsea F's Reuben McClelland made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benicio Tulio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 76 minutes into the match, Chelsea F's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Cruz came free, but Everett Zavala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Chelsea F got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Barnhart. Brady Slater fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Tulio having to interfere. In the 88th minute Reuben McClelland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Tulio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th match minute, Chelsea F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bobby Conklin to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Teodosio Aztore got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 94thth minute of the game Teodosio Aztore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chelsea F's Everett Zavala was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Puerta de hierro FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Chelsea F's much stronger midfield.
