After 6 minutes of play, Grosse Pointe Farms's Kyle Whitmore made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eleuterio Qwinton was left in no man's land by his defense there! A sloppy throw-in by Artemio Hotz in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Grosse Pointe Farms's Diego Thorne. After a defensive mix-up in Carnaval Canalla FC's zone, Cedric Ledbetter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Qwinton came out of the goal and Cedric Ledbetter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute Primitivo Argoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Lind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Carnaval Canalla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Len Springer came free, but Eleuterio Qwinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Carnaval Canalla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Galtero to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vicente Che during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Carnaval Canalla FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Len Springer might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eleuterio Qwinton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Len Springer ran back to his position shaking his head. Felix Lekubegi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute Louie Lefler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Qwinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Len Springer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the game, Kyle Whitmore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Eleuterio Qwinton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Primitivo Argoitz made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Len Springer notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Carnaval Canalla FC's Eleuterio Qwinton. Eleuterio Qwinton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eleuterio Qwinton had great luck who in the 54thth minute grab hold of the ball when Len Springer from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 65 minutes into the match, Grosse Pointe Farms's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Argoitz came free, but Benito Lind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Primitivo Argoitz hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Grosse Pointe Farms were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Carnaval Canalla FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Len Springer took the corner. Eleuterio Qwinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cedric Ledbetter in the 81st minute of play. Grosse Pointe Farms's attentive Cedric Ledbetter managed to snatch the ball when Artemio Hotz made a throw-in in the 84th minute of the game. Eleuterio Qwinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Whitmore, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute Len Springer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Qwinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Grosse Pointe Farms's Len Springer in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carnaval Canalla FC's goalie prevented a goal. Louie Lefler struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute Len Springer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Qwinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Carnaval Canalla FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Grosse Pointe Farms were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
