Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Andelin's Rubinho de Sousa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Baldomiro Pueblo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Puerta de hierro FC defense, Rubinho de Sousa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benicio Tulio. The Puerta de hierro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benicio Tulio should have stopped the shot. 13 minutes into the game, Ildefonso Mateus lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Igor Maciel. In the 18th match minute, Andelin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Benicio Tulio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Perez in the 20th minute of play. In the 26th minute Emerson Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Tulio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ildefonso Mateus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Maciel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubinho de Sousa in the 34th minute of play forced Puerta de hierro FC's goalkeeper Benicio Tulio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Puerta de hierro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rubinho de Sousa came free, but Benicio Tulio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Ulysses de Brito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Andelin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puerta de hierro FC the free kick. In the 40th minute, Ulysses de Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benicio Tulio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubinho de Sousa in the 42nd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ildefonso Mateus to strike the kick off in the second half. Benicio Tulio made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Emerson Perez sent off a good shot on target. Benicio Tulio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubinho de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 54th minute, Luiz Fábio Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Maciel came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Puerta de hierro FC's Amadeo Salamon. But to his dismay, Amadeo Salamon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Benicio Tulio made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Emerson Perez sent off a good shot on target. In the 60thth minute of the game Ildefonso Mateus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Andelin's Igor Maciel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Puerta de hierro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rubinho de Sousa came free, but Benicio Tulio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benicio Tulio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubinho de Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benicio Tulio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubinho de Sousa in the 67th minute of the match. Andelin's Igor Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Mateus in the 73rd minute of play. When Andelin's Rubinho de Sousa in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Puerta de hierro FC's goalie prevented a goal. 76 minutes into the match, Andelin's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Mateus came free, but Igor Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Andelin's Emerson Perez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-2. After a rather tough play, Puerta de hierro FC's Amadeo Salamon got a free kick in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Puerta de hierro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rubinho de Sousa came free, but Benicio Tulio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Andelin's Benicio Tulio threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rubinho de Sousa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Puerta de hierro FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Andelin had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
