In the 14th minute, GrassNuts FC's Jouni Markkula seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jouni Markkula the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of GrassNuts FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jouni Markkula had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave spikarna a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Atakan Pepe, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of GrassNuts FC's Su Peng Jian. 0-1. Vitaliy van der Aa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Su Peng Jian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaj Hård's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Lars Norberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, GrassNuts FC's Alfred Pilarczyk got a free kick in the 79th minute. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by GrassNuts FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Atakan Pepe was slow to take the kick. That made the score 2-3 after 91 minutes of play. 98 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Vitaliy van der Aa came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The spikarna players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
