An unexpectedly hard shot by Argyris Papapetrou in the 59th minute of play forced Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Linus Ahlquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Göran Cane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Linus Ahlquist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Mats Ljusberg got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
