That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's goal looked a bit too open when I-Made 吕益益 came free, but Pål Sefastsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 minutes National Team Cape-Verde's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Shi Bin Quan who took care of the corner kick. Bennvar Post could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Stig-Arne Dahlberg made a huge save. Kopparmora BK's I-Made 吕益益 got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 27 minutes of play, Kopparmora BK's I-Made 吕益益 made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pål Sefastsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stig-Arne Dahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredric Melander, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Philippe-Arnaud Volckaert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pål Sefastsson having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Roland Björklund in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kopparmora BK's Jaime Illan. The supporters of Kopparmora BK booed when National Team Cape-Verde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Watarz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd match minute, National Team Cape-Verde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymoteusz Watarz to maneuver through the defense. Kopparmora BK's I-Made 吕益益 got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Carlos Alberto Tevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pål Sefastsson came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Kopparmora BK's I-Made 吕益益. But to his dismay, I-Made 吕益益 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 75 minutes into the game, National Team Cape-Verde's Carlos Alberto Tevez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stig-Arne Dahlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 81st minute I-Made 吕益益 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pål Sefastsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Arne Dahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Tevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Pål Sefastsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from I-Made 吕益益 in the 85th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's goal looked a bit too open when I-Made 吕益益 came free, but Pål Sefastsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kopparmora BK's Stig-Arne Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Tevez in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Klas Bergqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The National Team Cape-Verde fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. National Team Cape-Verde walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
