Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Liberatore in the 5th minute of play. Sören Tunberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Hermansson in the 11th minute of the match. Sören Tunberg made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Martin Mutumba sent off a good shot on target. Wargön's Sören Tunberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Wargön from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Trancoso came free, but Sören Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikael Liberatore in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Ekrot saved Vykans Vikingar from getting behind. In the 22nd minute Mikael Liberatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 23rd minute of play forced Wargön's goalkeeper Sören Tunberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikael Liberatore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Ekrot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute Leonardo Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Tunberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Trancoso came free, but Sören Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Ekrot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mikael Liberatore's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vykans Vikingar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bayan Baye was slow to take the kick. During this time Wargön's players had a chance to rest. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayan Baye in the 36th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikael Liberatore in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Ekrot saved Vykans Vikingar from getting behind. Sören Tunberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Hermansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Liberatore came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vykans Vikingar's Hugo Eden got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Mutumba to make the kick off. When Vykans Vikingar's Abdi Revis in the 50th minute got a chance for a shot 50th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wargön's goalie prevented a goal. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcus Ekrot firmly grabbed it by the left post. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Vykans Vikingar from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Wargön getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Roger Stephansson hit a great ball.
