Pierre-Emile Højbjerg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Joachim Forseth made a huge save. Joachim Forseth was a little too slow when Verner Wahlnäs got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-2. Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joachim Forseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitaliy van der Aa, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Arne Botnen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Huang Gang's late challenge caught a Saga TF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Huang Gang helped the player get up and apologised. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Saga TF from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Vitaliy van der Aa came free, but Joachim Forseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Billy Backman in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Su Peng Jian saved GrassNuts FC from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Su Peng Jian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Botnen, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Verner Wahlnäs in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Erik Cantona dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Su Peng Jian, 1-3. GrassNuts FC's Su Peng Jian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save GrassNuts FC from getting a goal against them. Joachim Forseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitaliy van der Aa, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Pierre-Emile Højbjerg might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joachim Forseth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pierre-Emile Højbjerg ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Saga TF defense, Vitaliy van der Aa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joachim Forseth. The Saga TF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joachim Forseth should have stopped the shot. Su Peng Jian was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erik Cantona showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 76 minute of play. Joachim Forseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Finnman in the 79th minute of play. Billy Backman hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The supporters of GrassNuts FC booed when Saga TF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Backman didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Cantona in the 85th minute of play forced GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Su Peng Jian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joachim Forseth came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by GrassNuts FC's Kent Stenman. But to his dismay, Kent Stenman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. With his leg Su Peng Jian managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Saga TF's Erik Cantona fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Stenman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Saga TF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
