Per Stenberg hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Keegan came free, but Magne Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Rönnöfors FF from getting a goal against them. Olov Wahlnäs yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Per Stenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Olov Wahlnäs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Skövde AIK's Jerry Williams was substituted for Chen Ao Fan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Tunström got free with Olov Wahlnäs in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Keegan came free, but Magne Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rönnöfors FF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
