Svartvallstjärnens IF's Linus Ahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helge Gustafsson in the 5th minute of play. Edvin Lindholm kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Göran Cane struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Adrian Springfält didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Svartvallstjärnens IF. In the 19th minute Svartvallstjärnens IF were awarded a corner. Björn Andberg went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Henrik Hägert managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Göran Cane in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Springfält prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gunnar Hellström struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Linus Ahlquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SJÖARED. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Tore Svartström was substituted for Elliott Malmberg. In the 38th minute Göran Cane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Tore Svartström got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the game, Göran Cane cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Adrian Springfält was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Kaj Ekegren made the kick off in the second half. Göran Cane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Adrian Springfält made a huge save. Svartvallstjärnens IF made a substitution. Mats Ljusberg replaced Tore Svartström. In the 67th match minute, Svartvallstjärnens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvin Lindholm to maneuver through the defense. Linus Ahlquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urban Rudberg in the 73rd minute of the match. Linus Ahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isak Qvarnström in the 77th minute of play. Linus Ahlquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Urban Rudberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Ahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Edvin Lindholm reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adrian Springfält. The goal made the score 0-4. With his leg Adrian Springfält managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Svartvallstjärnens IF's Tommy Granberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Svartvallstjärnens IF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Svartvallstjärnens IF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
