Göran Cane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Lars Norberg made a huge save. Lars Norberg was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Göran Cane capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Göran Cane really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göran Cane in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to spikarna getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Sune Offendahl hit a great ball. When Sven Nordkvist fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored spikarna's protests and gave Sven Nordkvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60thth minute of the game Göran Cane who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but spikarna's Lars Norberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Göran Cane put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lars Norberg. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Tommy Granberg was substituted for Göran Cane.
