The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nytäppet Fc's Kamil Čontofalský played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaj Hård in the 4th minute of play. Neil Crawford kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Lars Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandu Cârlan in the 7th minute of the match. Nytäppet Fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sandu Cârlan in the 11th minute. A nice corner shot did that Sandu Cârlan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lars Norberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 14th minute, Nytäppet Fc's Noel Velloso seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Noel Velloso the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Nytäppet Fc protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Noel Velloso had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nytäppet Fc! In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Kamil Čontofalský, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19th minute Sven Nordkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamil Čontofalský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kamil Čontofalský came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by spikarna's Kaj Hård. But to his dismay, Kaj Hård quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 24 played minutes spikarna got a freekick which was hit by Ola Gustafsson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaj Hård in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kamil Čontofalský prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaj Hård in the 30th minute of play forced Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Kamil Čontofalský to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Atakan Pepe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamil Čontofalský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nytäppet Fc's Oliver Åberg got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 41st minute Sandu Cârlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kamil Čontofalský showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atakan Pepe, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Sandu Cârlan struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Lars Norberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nytäppet Fc. The Nytäppet Fc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. spikarna were winning 0-2.

Ola Gustafsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nytäppet Fc made a substitution. Göran Hedman replaced Genílson Bezerra. Neil Crawford's late challenge caught a spikarna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neil Crawford helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Nytäppet Fc got a freekick which was hit by Neil Crawford. Kaj Hård fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamil Čontofalský having to interfere. In the 88th minute Kaj Hård shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamil Čontofalský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Atakan Pepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. spikarna walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
