The GrassNuts FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Su Peng Jian should have stopped the shot. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitaliy van der Aa in the 7th minute of play. With a little luck, GrassNuts FC's Su Peng Jian got control of the ball when Martin Mutumba tried to sneak it across the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, GrassNuts FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Hermansson came free, but Su Peng Jian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Su Peng Jian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Mutumba in the 21st minute of play. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Magnusson in the 22nd minute of play. In the 48th minute Bernt Finnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vitaliy van der Aa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot got control of the ball when Verner Wahlnäs tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute GrassNuts FC were awarded a corner. Pierre-Emile Højbjerg went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Pierre-Emile Højbjerg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot did a great save. In the 55th minute Leonardo Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Peng Jian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Huang Gang was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, one of GrassNuts FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GrassNuts FC. Marcus Ekrot made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Pierre-Emile Højbjerg sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the game, Vykans Vikingar's Mats Hermansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Su Peng Jian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Su Peng Jian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Trancoso in the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Finnman in the 74th minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Bernt Finnman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Marcus Ekrot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
