After 4 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Matos. Rodolfo Cordeiro didn't quite understand what happened when in the 6 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiago Fontes during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Fontes. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Samuca Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Thomas in the 18th minute of play. When Miguel Transito came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Santa Maradona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Transito couldn't finish the play. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Samuca Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Transito in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Cordeiro got free with Samuca Bezerra in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute, Ratan Ayala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Santa Maradona's zone, Gil dos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Errapel came out of the goal and Gil dos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Falcão Marques in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Errapel saved Santa Maradona from getting behind. The throw-in from Hermínio Maciel in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Santa Maradona's Miguel Transito. After 29 minutes Santa Maradona's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gil dos Santos who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gil dos Santos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Errapel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 32 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Thomas came free, but Samuca Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Falcão Marques in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santa Maradona's goalie prevented a goal. Samuca Bezerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Transito in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Falcão Marques stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Rodolfo Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Thomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Samuca Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Falcão Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuca Bezerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Tiago Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 79th minute Falcão Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Errapel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Falcão Marques went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 83rd minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Samuca Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Rigoberto Thomas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuca Bezerra was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil dos Santos in the 88th minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor Alves to maneuver through the defense. During the 93rd minute of the match Tiago Fontes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tiago Fontes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
