After a rather tough play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Tiago Fontes got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Samuca Bezerra came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Ligeiro F.C's Cristian Koehler. But to his dismay, Cristian Koehler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Ramalho came free, but Samuca Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuca Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adelino Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inácio Leite in the 18th minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Samuca Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gil dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeferson de Queirós having to interfere. The supporters of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF booed when Ligeiro F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gil dos Santos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jeferson de Queirós. Ligeiro F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Inácio Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ligeiro F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Inácio Leite was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuca Bezerra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiago Fontes hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Renato Romero during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Samuca Bezerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Koehler in the 37th minute of the match. Jeferson de Queirós made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gil dos Santos in the 39th minute. Ligeiro F.C's Jeferson de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Marques in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute of the match, Falcão Marques tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jeferson de Queirós saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 46 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Koehler came free, but Samuca Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Ligeiro F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Marques came free, but Jeferson de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Ligeiro F.C were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Inácio Leite made the kick off in the second half. Inácio Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeferson de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 57 minutes into the game, Falcão Marques cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jeferson de Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute Gil dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeferson de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Ligeiro F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Marques came free, but Jeferson de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Falcão Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeferson de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Falcão Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jeferson de Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Gil dos Santos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jeferson de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil dos Santos in the 81st minute of play. Paulo Renato Romero was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. Jeferson de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Marques in the 96th minute of the match. Gil dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF had won after a very even match.
