Marcial Bakar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Tiburcio Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Marques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Bakar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guter Tobia took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fırat Aytekin. Fırat Aytekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Fırat Aytekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guter Tobia, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Tiburcio Marques dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. After 22 minutes Aves Negras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Doğuhan Alpaslan who took care of the corner kick. Nildo Rosa was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's 马皓延 got a free kick in the 24th minute. After 28 played minutes Aves Negras got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Goyo. Marcial Bakar stood somewhat misplaced when Tiburcio Marques came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 33 minute. After a rather tough play, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Edgard de Lima got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute Enrique Perico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fırat Aytekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Marcial Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Marques in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Aves Negras booed when S.C. Corinthians Paulista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Talló didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guter Tobia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fırat Aytekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Aves Negras's Efrain Artal was substituted for Guter Tobia. The audience was convinced that Efrain Artal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fırat Aytekin was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 71st minute Tiburcio Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 73 in the game by Efrain Artal from a close distance when the talented Fırat Aytekin managed to make a qualified save. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's players were relieved. Marcial Bakar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiburcio Marques went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Fırat Aytekin was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Efrain Artal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Efrain Artal really showed his touch with that goal: 5-4. After 96 played minutes Aves Negras got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Perico.
