Chunche Montero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rhys Dimmock made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Roman Tomaka sent off a good shot on target. Diogo Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paşa Borlu having to interfere. If Daron Joseph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 24 minutes into the match, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Sebati Rafih sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rhys Dimmock narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rhys Dimmock came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Iulian Bacalbașa. But to his dismay, Iulian Bacalbașa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 28 minutes into the match, Zamalek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas D Agostino came free, but Rhys Dimmock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 武挺西 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paşa Borlu came out of the goal and Chunche Montero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reese Otto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paşa Borlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Reese Otto slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 78th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Kirkpatrick got free with Paşa Borlu in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute Iulian Bacalbașa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Dimmock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rhys Dimmock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. THE CRYSTAL SHIP had won after a very even match.
