The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Avram Tremurici got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind THE CRYSTAL SHIP's goalkeeper Färid Mondragón, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Hugo Emmel made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas D Agostino in the 53rd minute of play forced GTV Ostsee's goalkeeper Karl Kugler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Karl Kugler as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Tomaka got free with Karl Kugler in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute, Iulian Bacalbașa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 74th match minute, THE CRYSTAL SHIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Bacalbașa to maneuver through the defense. Färid Mondragón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Emmel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80thth minute of the game Hugo Emmel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Färid Mondragón was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, GTV Ostsee's Karl Kugler got control of the ball when Iulian Bacalbașa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karl Kugler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Tomaka in the 87th minute of the match. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
