Lajos Toldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Emmel, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. A collision led to GTV Ostsee getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Werner Lamprecht hit a great ball. Elias Abancens struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Karl Kugler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Millonarios. With 9 minutes on the clock, Benicio Rios commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 8 minutes into the game, one of GTV Ostsee:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Carmelo Berenguer took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl Kugler. Karl Kugler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Lajos Toldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Emmel, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The GTV Ostsee fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when GTV Ostsee's Hugo Emmel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. GTV Ostsee's Karl Kugler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save GTV Ostsee from getting a goal against them. Karl Kugler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Abancens in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of Millonarios booed when GTV Ostsee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Kismi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl Kugler didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 31st minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Millonarios's goalkeeper Lajos Toldi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Millonarios defense, Hugo Emmel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lajos Toldi. The Millonarios fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lajos Toldi should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Millonarios's Fabricio James got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Ramon Kismi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lajos Toldi. Millonarios's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Millonarios fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Millonarios's Flavio Phelipe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Phelipe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ramon Kismi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Lajos Toldi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zdzislaw Pincoski hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Karl Kugler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Froila, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Elias Abancens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Millonarios's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Abancens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl Kugler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Phelipe in the 63rd minute of play forced GTV Ostsee's goalkeeper Karl Kugler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of GTV Ostsee booed when Millonarios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Froila didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Hugo Emmel took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Lajos Toldi to make any attempt to save it. Karl Kugler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Phelipe in the 75th minute of the match. After 78 minutes of play, Millonarios's Augusto Froila made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl Kugler was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Hugo Emmel managed to get in a good position for a shot. GTV Ostsee's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Emmel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lajos Toldi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flavio Phelipe kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Hugo Emmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Toldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 89 minutes Millonarios's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ramon Kismi who took care of the corner kick. Hugo Emmels short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Lajos Toldi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Melchor Gorosti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 94 minutes, Fabricio James mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Millonarios and the GTV Ostsee players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Fabricio James hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Millonarios's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
