An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 6th minute of play forced Red John S.K's goalkeeper Cássio Corinth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Börje Stål. In the 8thth minute of the game Ingvar Strand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Red John S.K's Cássio Corinth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Indalecio in the 10th minute of play. In the 14th minute Ingvar Strand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Strand in the 16th minute of play. Ingvar Strand might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Ekrot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ingvar Strand ran back to his position shaking his head. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Vykans Vikingar from getting a goal against them. Isa Günyol hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Mutumba in the 22nd minute of play forced Red John S.K's goalkeeper Cássio Corinth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Mats Hermansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Corinth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cássio Corinth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Hermansson in the 24th minute of play. Cássio Corinth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdi Revis in the 26th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Abdi Revis put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Cássio Corinth. In the 32ndth minute of the game Ingvar Strand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Red John S.K's Cássio Corinth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdi Revis in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute Mats Hermansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Corinth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingvar Strand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Marcus Ekrot made a huge save. Cássio Corinth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Revis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Red John S.K's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Trancoso came free, but Cássio Corinth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingvar Strand was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Red John S.K defense, Martin Mutumba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cássio Corinth. The Red John S.K fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cássio Corinth should have stopped the shot. Red John S.K's Sebastian Bach was substituted for Ingvar Strand. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Christoffer Johansson replaced Hugo Eden. Jose Indalecio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Cássio Corinth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Abdi Revis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute Vykans Vikingar were awarded a corner. Fernan Berart went to the cornerflag to take it. Red John S.K's Cássio Corinth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Red John S.K from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Bach in the 74th minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cássio Corinth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Hermansson in the 81st minute of the match. The corner led Vykans Vikingar's Jose Indalecio to fire away a dangerous shot which Cássio Corinth despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Sebastian Bach sped through Vykans Vikingar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcus Ekrot. Sebastian Bach's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Ekrot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Börje Stål could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Cássio Corinth however easily saved by the left post. Vykans Vikingar's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
