The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Nixon got free with Marcus Ekrot in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vykans Vikingar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jon-Inge Kvalvåg was slow to take the kick. During this time Dum Dum Boys Athletics's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Dum Dum Boys Athletics's corner Jon-Inge Kvalvåg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcus Ekrot quite easily take care of the ball. Costică Peter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Trancoso in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Leonardo Trancoso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Costică Peter was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Richard Nixon in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcus Ekrot, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Mutumba in the 21st minute of play forced Dum Dum Boys Athletics's goalkeeper Costică Peter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rocky Ryland in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Ekrot saved Vykans Vikingar from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Rocky Ryland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Ekrot was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Rocky Ryland received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcus Ekrot came out and tried to block the shot, but Rocky Ryland slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 27th minute. Costică Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdi Revis in the 40th minute of play. With a little luck, Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot got control of the ball when Richard Nixon tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Richard Nixon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Richard Nixon was the one to do the kick off. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Nixon in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Dum Dum Boys Athletics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingar Rindal to maneuver through the defense. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Christoffer Johansson replaced Hugo Eden. Costică Peter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Trancoso in the 63rd minute of the match. Leonardo Trancoso struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Costică Peter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vykans Vikingar. Vykans Vikingar's Bengt-Arne Haglund was substituted for Martin Mutumba. A sloppy throw-in by Christoffer Johansson in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Jack Mykland. Roby Baggio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Marcus Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Costică Peter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Haglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Dum Dum Boys Athletics's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Arne Haglund came free, but Costică Peter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90thth minute of the game Roby Baggio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roby Baggio in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Ekrot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 94 minutes of play, Vykans Vikingar's Leonardo Trancoso made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Costică Peter was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Vykans Vikingar left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dum Dum Boys Athletics.
