In the 27th minute Paulo Dybala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santa Tecla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Greg Bridgeman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Carmelo Orkatz made a huge save. Paulo Dybala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santa Tecla having to interfere. Sidney Attenborough made in the 33rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sonny Corleone however managed to control. If Paulo Dybala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Sá in the 40th minute of play forced Racing Club Canillo's goalkeeper Carmelo Orkatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Dybala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

FC St. Pauli Andorra's Santa Tecla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Dybala in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dean Floyd in the 53rd minute of play forced Racing Club Canillo's goalkeeper Carmelo Orkatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute Paulo Dybala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santa Tecla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Orkatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aníbal Sá in the 57th minute of play. Santa Tecla came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club Canillo's Paulo Dybala. But to his dismay, Paulo Dybala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Carmelo Orkatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dean Floyd, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Arnulfo Lorien hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. FC St. Pauli Andorra's Michael Corleone was substituted for Greg Bridgeman. FC St. Pauli Andorra made a substitution. Carmelo Orkatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The FC St. Pauli Andorra supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Racing Club Canillo's performance. The match ended with a win for Racing Club Canillo.
