After 6 played minutes Patas Duras FC got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Obano. Paulo Umbruso's late challenge caught a SC Atabueira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Umbruso helped the player get up and apologised. After 7 played minutes Patas Duras FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Umbruso. Josué Campelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of SC Atabueira booed when Patas Duras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dário Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Idalécio Carrasqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Obano in the 20th minute of the match. Belchior Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Velloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Odín Wallffiguer in the 26th minute. Edelmiro Obano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Idalécio Carrasqueira having to make a save. Idalécio Carrasqueira came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Patas Duras FC's Edelmiro Obano. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Obano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Idalécio Carrasqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Obano, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The supporters of SC Atabueira booed when Patas Duras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Troglio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodrigo Velloso acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 42nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hugon Bryk. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josué Campelo to strike the kick off in the second half. Saul Osoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saul Osoro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Idalécio Carrasqueira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Saul Osoro might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Idalécio Carrasqueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saul Osoro ran back to his position shaking his head. Rodrigo Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Eiró in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Patas Duras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Odín Wallffiguer came free, but Rodrigo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patas Duras FC made a substitution. Alonzo Caitano replaced Leopoldo Tomi. After 73 played minutes Patas Duras FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Osoro. 75 minutes into the match, Patas Duras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Odín Wallffiguer came free, but Rodrigo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonzo Caitano kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Patas Duras FC made a substitution. Mateo Poz replaced Erubiel Palben. SC Atabueira's Igor Ponte was substituted for Belchior Ribeiro. In the 83rd minute, Alonzo Caitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Igor Ponte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led SC Atabueira's Hugon Bryk to fire away a dangerous shot which Rodrigo Velloso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Patas Duras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Ponte came free, but Rodrigo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patas Duras FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though SC Atabueira had controlled the match.
