Arévalo Miñaca might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ryszard Chludzinski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arévalo Miñaca ran back to his position shaking his head. Toto Malaiholo made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Arévalo Miñaca immediately put the ball in play. 18 minutes into the game, Geležinis Vilkas's Saulius Grapskis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ryszard Chludzinski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Arévalo Miñaca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arévalo Miñaca in the 22nd minute of play forced AC KaM Kutno's goalkeeper Ryszard Chludzinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Arévalo Miñaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Chludzinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ryszard Chludzinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arévalo Miñaca went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The AC KaM Kutno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ryszard Chludzinski should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Geležinis Vilkas's Ferrer Acha got a free kick in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arévalo Miñaca to make the kick off. Ryszard Chludzinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arévalo Miñaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Arévalo Miñaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Chludzinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacek Fujara hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Ryszard Chludzinski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute, Arévalo Miñaca made a precise shot to the right of Ryszard Chludzinski. AC KaM Kutno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Arévalo Miñaca scored 0-9 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ryszard Chludzinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The AC KaM Kutno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ryszard Chludzinski should have stopped the shot. Chants of Geležinis Vilkas echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as AC KaM Kutno had held the ball for most of the match.
