An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Birila in the 12th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Mugur Chiriac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primeiro Leto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ladislao Birila sped through Club Atlético Atlanta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Birila in the 19th managed to get into a good position. Argentinos del Norte's Primeiro Leto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Argentinos del Norte from getting a goal against them. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Matai in the 26th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Birila in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Ciro Ferdinand got a free kick in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Castulo in the 45th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primeiro Leto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugur Chiriac in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Argentinos del Norte made a substitution. Gualterio Ponc replaced Adrian Montero. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfonso Goicoechea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Primeiro Leto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Erramu in the 66th minute of the match. Argentinos del Norte's Primeiro Leto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Jaizki in the 78th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Emil Chwalkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Argentinos del Norte booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Nevada didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, a hard, long distance shot from 庞斐星 hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. 94 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Jaizki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Primeiro Leto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Primeiro Leto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Goicoechea in the 97th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Argentinos del Norte walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
