Mo Yi Sang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Máximo Portero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mo Yi Sang in the 8th minute of play forced Amelie FC's goalkeeper Máximo Portero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mo Yi Sang took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Máximo Portero. Máximo Portero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 12th match minute, Amelie FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gösta Harman to maneuver through the defense. Matias Carlomagno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Idar Dyrstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Mugurel Ghiță threw the ball into play from the sideline. San Lorenzo's Doni Arce quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save San Lorenzo from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Mo Yi Sang put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Máximo Portero. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Silvanito got free with Matias Carlomagno in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Máximo Portero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mo Yi Sang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes of play, San Lorenzo's Mo Yi Sang made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Máximo Portero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Matias Carlomagno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Ghiță in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Amelie FC were awarded a corner. Mugurel Ghiță went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Mugurel Ghiță almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno did a great save. Máximo Portero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mo Yi Sang, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute Mo Yi Sang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Portero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Idar Dyrstad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Matias Carlomagno made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolas Millano was the one to do the kick off. Doni Arce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 53 minutes into the match, Amelie FC's goalkeeper Máximo Portero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mo Yi Sang. When San Lorenzo's Mo Yi Sang in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Amelie FC's goalie prevented a goal. The ball had pretty good speed, but Máximo Portero firmly grabbed it by the left post. 71 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's Doni Arce sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Máximo Portero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amelie FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Mo Yi Sang scored to the left of an out of position Máximo Portero, making the score, 1-4. Matias Carlomagno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Millano in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's Mo Yi Sang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Máximo Portero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mo Yi Sang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Máximo Portero made a huge save. It was beautiful to see San Lorenzo's Severo Santos in action when he in the 90th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Ghiță in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Amelie FC booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kara Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
