A nice corner shot did that Gigi Penaru got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cornelio Asteri quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 13th minute, Mo Yi Sang made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Asteri. Guansa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Cornelio Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mo Yi Sang in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Mo Yi Sang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Asteri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Cornelio Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mo Yi Sang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Guansa's Anier Pedroso got a free kick in the 28th minute. Mo Yi Sang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cornelio Asteri having to make a save. The San Lorenzo fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when San Lorenzo's Mo Yi Sang looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kara Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mo Yi Sang might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cornelio Asteri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mo Yi Sang ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half San Lorenzo were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Mo Yi Sang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 52 played minutes San Lorenzo got a freekick which was hit by Gigi Penaru. A collision led to Guansa getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Edgard Bazkoare hit a great ball. Mo Yi Sang took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornelio Asteri. Cornelio Asteri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. A collision led to Guansa getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Serafino Ostots hit a great ball. Mo Yi Sang in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cornelio Asteri, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of San Lorenzo booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Terciero didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mo Yi Sang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cornelio Asteri was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mo Yi Sang showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 90 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded San Lorenzo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guansa.
