The Westra Aros SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Westra Aros SK's Gökberk Özgenc nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anier Oidor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some careless play in the San Lorenzo defense, Ismael Jenaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anier Oidor. San Lorenzo's Anier Oidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökberk Özgenc in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Gökberk Özgenc came free, but Anier Oidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Westra Aros SK:s Egon Olsson showed great skill when he stopped Arnaldo Hurko:s penalty. After the first half Westra Aros SK were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Balendin to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Westra Aros SK's Gökberk Özgenc ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anier Oidor. Anier Oidor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. 60 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Lucila came free, but Egon Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Westra Aros SK got a freekick which was hit by Ingo Kuster. After a defensive mix-up in San Lorenzo's zone, Gökberk Özgenc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Oidor came out of the goal and Gökberk Özgenc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the game, Gökberk Özgenc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Anier Oidor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gökberk Özgenc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Anier Oidor made a huge save. Egon Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Lucila in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th match minute, San Lorenzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Lucila to maneuver through the defense. The Westra Aros SK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
