In the 36th minute Bernardo Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Carballal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 42 minutes, Mauro Telmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doping Positivo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Telmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Urtungo Ramin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Buceo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doping Positivo the free kick. The supporters of Doping Positivo booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urtungo Ramin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartoleme Ceja to maneuver through the defense. Bartoleme Ceja kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Angelo Carballal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Lazcano in the 53rd minute of play. The Doping Positivo fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Doping Positivo's Mauro Telmo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Angelo Carballal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Telmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Carter Gargano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laffitte Rioz's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Vachon Camaño hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Camilo Aznar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Camilo Aznar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Angelo Carballal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Nardo Tuo notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Doping Positivo's Carter Gargano. Carter Gargano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Doping Positivo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
