A collision led to Stade Ygossais getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Éluard Marcellin hit a great ball. Anthony Vaissière showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Goizeder in the 4th minute of the match. Stade Ygossais's Anthony Vaissière played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Goizeder in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Northern California's Severo Pacho got a free kick in the 7th minute. Aurelio Berdoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Isazi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anthony Vaissière having to make a save. Stade Ygossais's Anthony Vaissière played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Goizeder in the 20th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Luciano Goizeder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anthony Vaissière was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute, Geoffrey Gand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Aurelio Berdoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Northern California's Felipe Ereinotz got a free kick in the 38th minute. Gustavo Isazi had several of the Stade Ygossais's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 41 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Anthony Vaissière as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Berdoi got free with Anthony Vaissière in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Luciano Goizeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brendan Moreira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anthony Vaissière stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Isazi's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 63rd minute, Gustavo Isazi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Northern California fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The supporters of Stade Ygossais booed when Northern California was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Berdoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Northern California's Luciano Goizeder got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 74th minute of the match Northern California got a corner. Stade Ygossais's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aurelio Berdoi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jean-Sébastien Bruel tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Anthony Vaissière. An unnecessary self made goal, 6-0 in the 75th minute. When Aurelio Berdoi came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Northern California fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Berdoi couldn't finish the play. Luciano Goizeder scored 7-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anthony Vaissière, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anthony Vaissière showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Henrico in the 87th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Edgard Blaison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelio Berdoi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Northern California fully deserved thier win.
