Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fikri Doğu started the match with the kick off. In the 5th match minute, Göztepe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Gaffar Hitit to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Eduardo Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fikri Doğu in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodriguinho Nogueira in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erhun Şendoğan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute, Baha Sungurbay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Göztepe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a little luck, Alvirrubro FC's Luiz Eduardo Bastos got control of the ball when Baha Sungurbay tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Göztepe getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Eşref Erdoğan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Göztepe's zone, Leonardo Velasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erhun Şendoğan came out of the goal and Leonardo Velasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the game, Alvirrubro FC's Leonardo Velasco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erhun Şendoğan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 23rd minute, Pekin Talha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erhun Şendoğan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Moura in the 24th minute of the match. Baha Sungurbay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Luiz Eduardo Bastos made a huge save. When Wesley Diniz came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Alvirrubro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wesley Diniz couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute Fikri Doğu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Eduardo Bastos made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Arif Gaffar Hitit sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gualter Moura in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erhun Şendoğan saved Göztepe from getting behind. After 38 played minutes Alvirrubro FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Renato Domingues. 41 minutes into the match, Alvirrubro FC's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Bastos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baha Sungurbay. Sandro Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match.

Luiz Eduardo Bastos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baha Sungurbay went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Alvirrubro FC's Paulo Renato Domingues got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alvirrubro FC's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Bastos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luiz Eduardo Bastos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baha Sungurbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 67 played minutes Göztepe got a freekick which was hit by Arif Gaffar Hitit. Erhun Şendoğan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wesley Diniz in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Alvirrubro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Ensar İzgü came free, but Luiz Eduardo Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71stth minute of the game Wesley Diniz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Göztepe's Erhun Şendoğan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonardo Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Göztepe getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Şerafettin Ulum hit a great ball. Alvirrubro FC's Luiz Eduardo Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özkan İnanöz in the 77th minute of play. Luiz Eduardo Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fikri Doğu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göztepe's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Wesley Diniz scored to the left of an out of position Erhun Şendoğan, making the score, 2-3. After 88 minutes, Rodriguinho Nogueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alvirrubro FC and the Göztepe players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rodriguinho Nogueira hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Leonardo Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvirrubro FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
