The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Kazan SK getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Gazanfer Yertan hit a great ball. In the 5thth minute of the game Mete Zade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kazan SK's Aras Görkem Gümüşsoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Ali Orhan Baytugay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Günyüzü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Orhan Baytugay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Günyüzü getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ahmet Arif Uçuk hit a great ball. Bahadırhan Bayraktar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yiğitcan Nazif, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Bektaş Veli Öztuna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahadırhan Bayraktar having to interfere. After some careless play in the Günyüzü defense, Bektaş Veli Öztuna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bahadırhan Bayraktar. The Günyüzü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bahadırhan Bayraktar should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mete Zade in the 21st minute of play forced Kazan SK's goalkeeper Aras Görkem Gümüşsoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Mete Zade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ali Orhan Baytugay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Aras Görkem Gümüşsoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Yiğitcan Nazif took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Bahadırhan Bayraktar to make any attempt to save it. After 38 minutes of play, Kazan SK's Bektaş Veli Öztuna made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bahadırhan Bayraktar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hakkı Kenan Erçelik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aras Görkem Gümüşsoy having to interfere. Hakkı Kenan Erçelik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aras Görkem Gümüşsoy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yiğitcan Nazif made a kick off. Bahadırhan Bayraktar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bektaş Veli Öztuna went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Yiğitcan Nazif sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hakkı Kenan Erçelik got free with Aras Görkem Gümüşsoy in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 65 minutes, Asrın Aktekin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kazan SK and the Günyüzü players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hakkı Kenan Erçelik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hakkı Kenan Erçelik who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Aras Görkem Gümüşsoy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Kazan SK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gazanfer Yertan hit a great ball. Batuğ Talaykan, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Yiğitcan Nazif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mete Zade in the 88th minute of play forced Kazan SK's goalkeeper Aras Görkem Gümüşsoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mete Zade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Günyüzü's Ahmet Arif Uçuk got a free kick in the 95th minute. Kazan SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
