A hard shot 20 in the game by Karol Panikowski from a close distance when the talented Halit Fahri Rahmi managed to make a qualified save. Kütahya's players were relieved. Jaroslaw Koczara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behlül Eryilmaz in the 22nd minute of play. Kütahya's Nazmi Sönmez got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nazmi Sönmez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Koczara having to interfere. Halit Fahri Rahmi came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Gaje SA's Karol Panikowski. But to his dismay, Karol Panikowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Gaje SA's Maciej Madajczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nazmi Sönmez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Koczara having to interfere. Behlül Eryilmaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Koczara having to interfere. Zdzislaw Terasek hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Gaje SA's goal looked a bit too open when Behlül Eryilmaz came free, but Jaroslaw Koczara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gaje SA's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Koczara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gilbert Walentowicz hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Maciej Madajczyk made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Behlül Eryilmaz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jaroslaw Koczara, 2-3. Kütahya's Behlül Eryilmaz got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karol Panikowski took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Halit Fahri Rahmi. Halit Fahri Rahmi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. 64 minutes into the match, Kütahya's Behlül Eryilmaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jaroslaw Koczara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gilbert Walentowicz's late challenge caught a Kütahya's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilbert Walentowicz helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Gaje SA got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Walentowicz. When Behlül Eryilmaz came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Kütahya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Behlül Eryilmaz couldn't finish the play. Jaroslaw Koczara made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Nazmi Sönmez sent off a good shot on target. Maciej Madajczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84th minute Behlül Eryilmaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Koczara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The tension between the Kütahya and the Gaje SA players grew even worse after the yellow card.
