The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Manúel Bento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Reismaa in the 4th minute of play. Ragnar Paju showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristóf Földes, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Oliverios Marcilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliverios Marcilla got free with Ragnar Paju in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th minute of the match, Kristóf Földes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ragnar Paju saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to JK Kurevere getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Roland Aluste hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Dogelo's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Reismaa came free, but Manúel Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Dogelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renan Araújo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Dogelo getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Kristóf Földes hit a great ball. Manúel Bento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hendrik Trolla in the 37th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Oliverios Marcilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ragnar Paju made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristóf Földes in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kristóf Földes was the one to do the kick off. Ragnar Paju took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliverios Marcilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kristóf Földes in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ragnar Paju saved JK Kurevere from getting behind. 62 minutes into the game, Renan Araújo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dogelo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JK Kurevere the free kick. A collision led to Dogelo getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Renan Araújo hit a great ball. Renan Araújo kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The long shot by Edvard Põldroos in the 64th minute really tested Manúel Bento's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Dogelo getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ulysses Valle hit a great ball. Manúel Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Reismaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The supporters of Dogelo booed when JK Kurevere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asso Taelma didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 minutes, Raul Reismaa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JK Kurevere and the Dogelo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th match minute, JK Kurevere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Reismaa to maneuver through the defense. Kristóf Földes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ragnar Paju read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Reismaa in the 80th minute of play forced Dogelo's goalkeeper Manúel Bento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manúel Bento made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Hendrik Trolla sent off a good shot on target. With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Raul Reismaa in JK Kurevere was the one to initiate the kick off. 100 minutes into the match, JK Kurevere's goalkeeper Ragnar Paju had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oliverios Marcilla. When Oliverios Marcilla came up free with the goalie in the 103rd minute, the Dogelo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliverios Marcilla couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulysses Valle during the 104th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Dogelo getting a freekick after 105 minutes play. Ulysses Valle hit a great ball. Ragnar Paju made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oliverios Marcilla in the 107th minute. Kristóf Földes made a great header on Dogelo's corner, it was just that JK Kurevere's Ragnar Paju managed to reach the ball for a save. After 113 played minutes Dogelo got a freekick which was hit by Ulysses Valle. The first half of extra-time was a real thriller. Both teams had created chances, but they were still tied when the whistle blew. The players were able to take a short breather during the short break.

The players looked a little tired but resolute before the second half of the overtime, where Oliverios Marcilla took the kick off. The audience was convinced that Oliverios Marcilla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ragnar Paju was relentless in the 118th minute of the game. Oliverios Marcilla struck a weak shot in the 120th minute. Ragnar Paju didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dogelo. Madis Kurg hit a great ball. In the 125th minute of the match Kristóf Földes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ragnar Paju skillfully saved the ball. 127 minutes into the game, Dogelo's Oliverios Marcilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ragnar Paju made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. JK Kurevere's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
