António Roma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
António Roma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhao Sen Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute of the game, İlhami Akyazıcı landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Tobiasz Wachna charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobiasz Wachna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Emil Wielopolski was substituted for İlhami Akyazıcı. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 93rd minute, Bernardo Di Piazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute Lázaro Roderigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Chiuzbaian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Oflador FC 2003 getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Prudencio Benino hit a great ball.
It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- had played much better football throughout.
