Wellington Pires started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wellington Pires in the 4th minute of play forced Talento Futebol clube's goalkeeper José Maria Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Maria Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wellington Pires in the 6th minute of play. 1-0 became the score in the 8th minute when Wellington Pires elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Hudson Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Arne Delin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Raimundo Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Sócrates Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Reis in the 17th minute of play forced Austra 04 VFC's goalkeeper Hudson Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Talento Futebol clube's goalkeeper José Maria Souza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wellington Pires. After having played for 24 minutes, Wellington Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Austra 04 VFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wellington Pires was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Talento Futebol clube's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Pires came free, but José Maria Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Austra 04 VFC's Wellington Pires got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute Per-Arne Delin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per-Arne Delin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Talento Futebol clube's goalkeeper José Maria Souza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sócrates Silva. Beila Mora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sócrates Silva got free with José Maria Souza in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Per-Arne Delin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Xabier Cardeñosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talento Futebol clube and the Austra 04 VFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Austra 04 VFC booed when Talento Futebol clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xabier Cardeñosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Maria Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wellington Pires in the 56th minute of the match. After 58 minutes, Viktor Lindelof mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talento Futebol clube and the Austra 04 VFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Austra 04 VFC booed when Talento Futebol clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Lindelof didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Maria Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sócrates Silva in the 60th minute of the match. After 64 minutes Austra 04 VFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fraco Zago who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Fraco Zago got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hudson Gaúcho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. José Maria Souza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sócrates Silva's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Austra 04 VFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Douglas Tande in the 69th minute. If Beila Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mito Mesías fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talento Futebol clube's protests and gave Mito Mesías a yellow card for diving instead. Mito Mesías hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Talento Futebol clube's goal looked a bit too open when Beila Mora came free, but José Maria Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Talento Futebol clube's Mito Mesías got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Mito Mesías off the ground. Mito Mesías kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 80 minutes of play, Austra 04 VFC's Beila Mora made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Maria Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 89 minutes, Sócrates Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Austra 04 VFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sócrates Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Wellington Pires sped through Talento Futebol clube's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of José Maria Souza. Austra 04 VFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
