Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ankaios Garofalis to make the kick off. The supporters of Gebrüdersdorfer SV booed when Strömsbro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Argyris Papapetrou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Michael Kristiansson hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Lionel Mesías might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rıza Vuralhan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lionel Mesías ran back to his position shaking his head. Gebrüdersdorfer SV's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
