The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Giraldo got free with Mero Portero in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Cezary Chrzan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Ibiza's Mero Portero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Club Ibiza from getting a goal against them. Roberto Lewandowski charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Lewandowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roberto Lewandowski kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, SMOCZANKA MIELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Fonso came free, but Roch Grondzki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 played minutes Club Ibiza got a freekick which was hit by Rafa Marques. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bruno Fonso was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Bruno Fonso took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Roch Grondzki to make any attempt to save it. If Kazuo Koriotto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Ibiza were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after SMOCZANKA MIELEC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Ireno took the corner. The corner ended in Mariano Ireno almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SMOCZANKA MIELEC's Roch Grondzki did a great save. After having played for 95 minutes, Beliran Poblaciones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Ibiza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beliran Poblaciones was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The SMOCZANKA MIELEC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Ibiza's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Ibiza.
