Powiśle Warszawa's Stanislav Saktor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Powiśle Warszawa from getting a goal against them. Wawrzyniec Trac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustin Pandrea having to interfere. Stanislav Saktor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregoire Van Kelf in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's goalkeeper Iustin Pandrea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's Iustin Pandrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Maziarski in the 26th minute of play. Stanislav Saktor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorin Doroftei in the 27th minute. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After having played for 72 minutes, Miroslaw Drab managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Powiśle Warszawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miroslaw Drab was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Powiśle Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Dorin Doroftei came free, but Stanislav Saktor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iustin Pandrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomir Lato, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. A collision led to Powiśle Warszawa getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Teobald Turek hit a great ball. Dorin Doroftei took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stanislav Saktor. Stanislav Saktor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM were victorious despite being under pressure from Powiśle Warszawa for much of the match.
