With a little luck, Savage Hippo's Bengt-Arne Askstedt got control of the ball when Cavad Lider tried to sneak it across the goal line. Norbert Bakes was slow to take the kick. During this time Husaria Tarnów's players had a chance to rest. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Savage Hippo! Bengt-Arne Askstedt had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Norbert Bakes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 73rd minute, Kim Lekberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski. The goal made the score 1-1. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kim Lekberg in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Barnaba Wolicki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bengt-Arne Askstedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After having played for 94 minutes, Kim Lekberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Savage Hippo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kim Lekberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's goal looked a bit too open when Cavad Lider came free, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
