Juan Carlos Alvarez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 孟鹰泉 in the 25th minute of play. Teobaldo Phelipe shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Cha Fe FC's Elvio Pacho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Fredriksson in the 27th minute of play. Elvio Pacho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Linus Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elvio Pacho came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Marlin FC's Dionisio Panpili. But to his dismay, Dionisio Panpili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Teobaldo Phelipe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Juan Carlos Alvarez made a huge save. Elvio Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Panpili in the 38th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Cha Fe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Fredriksson came free, but Elvio Pacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Marlin FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 孟鹰泉 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cha Fe FC made a substitution. Thanks to some nice moves Linus Fredriksson could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Elvio Pacho however easily saved by the left post. 72 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xavi Iniesta came free, but Juan Carlos Alvarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Linus Fredriksson got free with Elvio Pacho in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dionisio Panpili took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Pacho. Elvio Pacho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Dionisio Panpili succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 79th playminute. Marlin FC's Juan Carlos Alvarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Mikelar in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Cha Fe FC booed when Marlin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Rana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Xavi Iniesta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cha Fe FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavi Iniesta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Marlin FC's Linus Fredriksson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. The Cha Fe FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Marlin FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Marlin FC.
