Ignacio Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Pero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute Ryuji Laprise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Valery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryuji Laprise in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Corderro in the 8th minute of play forced Eigtheenstars 2's goalkeeper Ignacio Valery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Mariano Corderro made a precise shot to the right of Ignacio Valery. Eigtheenstars 2's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Herminio Roderigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Bazil, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Eigtheenstars 2's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nunez Txartiko in the 21st minute. Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryuji Laprise in the 29th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Feliberto Soter could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Herminio Roderigo however easily saved by the left post. In the 33rd minute Ryuji Laprise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Trinchera FC booed when Eigtheenstars 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Txartiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignacio Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Corderro, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Ignacio Valery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Dimas in the 43rd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Herminio Roderigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niguel Abasolo in the 66th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Mauro Caruso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herminio Roderigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The Trinchera FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Trinchera FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
