Iustin Coporan scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joppe Hvenegaard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yosif Bakrachevs short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Joppe Hvenegaard to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Errapel Aguiluz's late challenge caught a Red Bulls's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Errapel Aguiluz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Red Bulls booed when Ajax Colombiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Errapel Aguiluz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boruc Kornatowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joppe Hvenegaard having to interfere. Yosif Bakrachev took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joppe Hvenegaard. Joppe Hvenegaard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 16 minutes into the game, Red Bulls's Iustin Coporan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joppe Hvenegaard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Yosif Bakrachev in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joppe Hvenegaard, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Yosif Bakrachev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Red Bulls's Tadeusz Tychy got a free kick in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Iustin Coporan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Joppe Hvenegaard was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30thth minute of the game Raul Palacio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Bulls's Pankracy Pyrtek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute, Red Bulls's Yosif Bakrachev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joppe Hvenegaard. Joppe Hvenegaard yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Joppe Hvenegaard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustin Coporan in the 34th minute of play. Yosif Bakrachev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Joppe Hvenegaard made a huge save. 38 minutes into the game, Mariusz Snow cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Joppe Hvenegaard was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Joppe Hvenegaard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yosif Bakrachev in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Mariusz Snow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pankracy Pyrtek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rayman Rioseras in the 47th minute of the match. Amado Ba hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.
The wind increased when Yosif Bakrachev made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Ajax Colombiano's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Coporan came free, but Joppe Hvenegaard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Przemyslaw Bejgier in the 53rd minute of play forced Ajax Colombiano's goalkeeper Joppe Hvenegaard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Ajax Colombiano got a freekick which was hit by Rayman Rioseras. After having played for 56 minutes, Raul Palacio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ajax Colombiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Palacio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th match minute, Red Bulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacek Kaznocha to maneuver through the defense. Lorenz Ureta kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Jacek Kaznocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iustin Coporan took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joppe Hvenegaard. Joppe Hvenegaard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Yosif Bakrachev scored 8-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joppe Hvenegaard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute Yosif Bakrachev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joppe Hvenegaard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ajax Colombiano's Joppe Hvenegaard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Kornatowski in the 80th minute of play. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
