In the 22nd minute of the match Spor Las Huevas got a corner. Rising Bridge's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Urtzi Zamorano sped through Rising Bridge's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Diamantino Dos Santos.
