Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Juan Lebron started the match with the kick off. Norrlands Athen's Safet Hands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélio Donatello in the 4th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Jagiellonia Denver's goal looked a bit too open when Måns Sandberg came free, but Eric Gary reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Gary took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Lebron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Norrlands Athen's Måns Sandberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 21 minutes, 林邦瑜 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jagiellonia Denver and the Norrlands Athen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Jagiellonia Denver got a freekick which was hit by 林邦瑜. After 21 played minutes, Norrlands Athen's Filcho Slivkov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eric Gary came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Norrlands Athen reached it. When Jacinto da Silveira fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norrlands Athen's protests and gave Jacinto da Silveira a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Jagiellonia Denver booed when Norrlands Athen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto da Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Michal Majdoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Safet Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Gary didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Lebron went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Safet Hands showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Majdoch in the 33rd minute of the match. Eric Gary made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qian Zhen Sheng in the 34th minute of play. When Jacinto da Silveira was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 36 minutes had been played. Jacinto da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 38thth minute Nicolae Costa beautifully dribbled past Norrlands Athen's defense and it looked for a moment as a certain goal, but Safet Hands pulled off a phantom save to prevent the ball from scoring on his left hand side. Eric Gary made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Måns Sandberg in the 41st minute of play. Safet Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Majdoch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Norrlands Athen's Qian Jian Wei got a free kick in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Michal Majdoch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Safet Hands tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute of the match, Hélio Donatello got a very nice opportunity to score, but Safet Hands was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 61st minute, Måns Sandberg made a precise shot to the right of Eric Gary. Jagiellonia Denver's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Måns Sandberg took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Gary. Eric Gary dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Jagiellonia Denver made a substitution. Venceslas Borizar replaced Nicolae Costa. Norrlands Athen's Calle Bergfelt was substituted for Mathias Alrot. The supporters of Norrlands Athen booed when Jagiellonia Denver was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viorel Olaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jagiellonia Denver made a substitution. Rudolf Garreau replaced Michal Majdoch. In the 71st match minute, Jagiellonia Denver was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viorel Olaru to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute Norrlands Athen were awarded a corner. Filcho Slivkov went to the cornerflag to take it. Filcho Slivkov made a great header on Norrlands Athen's corner, it was just that Jagiellonia Denver's Eric Gary managed to reach the ball for a save. Safet Hands made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florence Diaz in the 74th minute of play. Hélio Donatello hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Norrlands Athen's Gilbert Hermansson in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jagiellonia Denver's goalie prevented a goal. If Gilbert Hermansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norrlands Athen's Safet Hands proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Norrlands Athen from getting a goal against them. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jagiellonia Denver players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Norrlands Athen.
