The Icoara Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aírton de Amorim should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bernd Goldsche came free, but Aírton de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernd Goldsche in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Bernd Goldsche notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim. Aírton de Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hélder Custódio struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Aírton de Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academia Militar MZ. In the 29th match minute, Icoara Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséas Vander to maneuver through the defense. In the 32ndth minute of the game Bernd Goldsche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Hélder Custódio notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim. Aírton de Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aírton de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Pitta in the 41st minute of play. Aírton de Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Torres in the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Clemente de Lara made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Gilmar Torres notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim. Aírton de Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Icoara Football Club's Aírton de Amorim got control of the ball when Gilmar Torres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilmar Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Aírton de Amorim made a huge save. Diamantino Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséas Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper Aírton de Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilmar Torres. In the 57th minute Gilmar Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aírton de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Academia Militar MZ's Bernd Goldsche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aírton de Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Aírton de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Custódio in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute of the match, Bernd Goldsche tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aírton de Amorim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bernd Goldsche 64 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7. 67 minutes into the game, Bernd Goldsche recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aírton de Amorim. Bernd Goldsche showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. In the 70th minute, Bernd Goldsche made a precise shot to the right of Aírton de Amorim. Icoara Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Aírton de Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilmar Torres in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilmar Torres got free with Aírton de Amorim in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the match, Gilmar Torres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aírton de Amorim. Icoara Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilmar Torres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. In the 79th minute, Bernd Goldsche made a precise shot to the right of Aírton de Amorim. Icoara Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. When Academia Militar MZ's Hélder Custódio in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Icoara Football Club's goalie prevented a goal. 82 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Academia Militar MZ's Hélder Custódio fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 85th minute, Bernd Goldsche left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Academia Militar MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. The crowd rose to their feet as Academia Militar MZ's Hélder Custódio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aírton de Amorim. That made the score 0-13 after 89 minutes of play. The supporters of Icoara Football Club booed when Academia Militar MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Custódio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aírton de Amorim came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Militar MZ's Gilmar Torres. But to his dismay, Gilmar Torres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. The Icoara Football Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Academia Militar MZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
