The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Laffitte Rioz struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. RO Army V55's Thodoris Tabakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Cuadrillero in the 5th minute of play. Dimitris Stathakos hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Thodoris Tabakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kismi Tojedo in the 11th minute of play. After some careless play in the RO Army V55 defense, Kismi Tojedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thodoris Tabakis. The RO Army V55 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thodoris Tabakis should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute, RO Army V55's Iosif Pantelatos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Angelo Carballal. Angelo Carballal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After a rather tough play, RO Army V55's Iosif Pantelatos got a free kick in the 26th minute. RO Army V55's Thodoris Tabakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laffitte Rioz in the 27th minute of play. In the 41st minute Laffitte Rioz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thodoris Tabakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Nardo Tuo. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermis Kontominas to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Cepa. With a little luck, RO Army V55's Thodoris Tabakis got control of the ball when Nardo Tuo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Lucas Cepa got a free kick in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sokratis Symeonakis during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 66 minutes into the game, Kismi Tojedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thodoris Tabakis. Kismi Tojedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. 69 minutes into the game, Renos Stefanou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RO Army V55's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Buceo the free kick. Renos Stefanou hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Gilmar Cuadrillero hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laffitte Rioz in the 75th minute of play forced RO Army V55's goalkeeper Thodoris Tabakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Cepa kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Angelo Carballal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermis Kontominas in the 87th minute of play. Thodoris Tabakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laffitte Rioz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Sporting Buceo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
