Ermis Kontominas scored 1-6 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giuseppe Queirós, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute, Rodriguinho Valladares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes in the game Vassilis Stergioudas did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gerasimos Patsionidis. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ermis Kontominas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Giuseppe Queirós firmly grabbed it by the left post. RO Army V55's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
